REFUND POLICY

  1. Applicability of this Policy

    This Refund Policy applies to your use of the Mentor Match Platform (the “Platform”) through Mentor Match’s website at https://mentormatch.com (the “Website”) and Mentor Match’s mobile application (the “App”). You acknowledge and agree that all refunds will be governed by our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy. If you are unsure as to this Refund Policy Agreement, please do not proceed further and contact us at [email protected].

  2. Shipping

    All products and services sold through the app/website consist of virtual goods and/or online services, physical shipping is not involved in any phase of a purchase.

  3. Cancellation

    You can terminate your access to our Services at any time (“Cancellation”) by (i) writing an email [email protected] Any payments processed after an effective Cancellation will be promptly refunded by us. If you cancel a Paid Plan (as defined in the Terms of Service), you shall no longer be entitled to the Trial (as defined in the Terms of Service) available for fresh/new Registrations and Learners.

  4. Refund

    Unless otherwise provided by applicable laws or by a particular Service offer, ALL FEES PAID PRIOR TO AN EFFECTIVE CANCELLATION ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
