We currently only except candidates who have prior tutoring experience and excellent english communication skills.

1 Sign up as a tutor

Take five minutes to fill in a form and confirm your personal information to begin your sign-up process.

2 Video Screening

Probably the biggest filter in our process, we look very closely at your teaching video submission to assess your communication and online teaching skills.

3 Interview

Our excellence head will interact with you over a 30 minute live video call, where we will assess your skills in a simulated environment.

4 Training

Undergo a 2 week training period where we cover all the aspects needed for you to excel on the platform.You will also receive Mentor Match merchandise and a completion certificate.

5 Start tutoring!

How do I apply to become a teacher on Mentor Match?

Mentor Match is an online teaching platform. You can register to be a teacher by filling in this form.

What are the basic requirements to be a teacher on Mentor Match?

We look for teachers who have high educational qualifications, good teaching experience, are from prestigious universities, and are comfortable with using a pen tablet. You should have thorough subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.

What do I do if I don’t have a pen tablet or don’t know how to use one?

Unfortunately at this point we are only looking for teachers who own a pen tablet and are skilled in using it, as it is an important part of the online classes.

What is the interview process?

We will check your resume, do two rounds of interviews where we assess your subject skills and ability to use a pen tablet. After this you will have to attend training sessions. Once you have passed the training assessment, you can join the community of Mentor Match teachers.

How will I get paid?

We have a weekly payout system. We will send you a RazorPay link, you can click the link and collect your payment for sessions conducted in that week.

What do I do if my student doesn’t attend the class?

If the student doesn’t attend, wait for ten minutes and then reach out to the Mentor Match representative. They will help you out

Will my information be safe with Mentor Match?

Yes, any documentation you submit to Mentor Match will be safe and confidential. Your private information will not be shared.
