If your child doesn’t connect with the tutor, we will conduct an internal inquiry. If there is a plausible cause, we will immediately replace the tutor.

You will receive a monthly progress report detailing your child’s achievements. Additionally, a parent-teacher meeting will be conducted at the end of each month to discuss their progress in detail.

If you’re unsatisfied with the first three sessions of Mentor Match’s 1-on-1 tutoring, we will refund the fee for the remaining sessions.
